If you would like online orders to be automatically sent to the kitchen without having to manually accept them, activate Auto-accept online orders in Lightspeed Restaurant App Settings.
- In Restaurant Manager, click Devices.
- Select the desired device profile.
- Select Restaurant App Settings on the left.
- Select the desired device profile.
- Scroll down to General Settings.
- Activate Automatically accept and finalize.

You might also need to clear your cache in order for those adjustments to be active.
