What do we sync?
If you push the "sync products" button on Deliverect, it starts the synchronization process between Deliverect and Lightspeed POS.
Deliverect pulls the latest information from Lightspeed, including:
For products:
- Name
- PLU
- Modifiers that are linked to this product
- Image
- Delivery price
- Delivery tax rate
- Description

For modifier groups:
- Display name: this name will be displayed on the delivery channel web portal
- Multi select: indicates if it is (not) required to choose a modifier and what the min/max modifiers are to choose from
- Modifiers: the different modifier options to choose from
- Linked products
For modifiers:
- Name
- Price
- PLU
After syncing, the products will be available in Deliverect. You can then start creating (multiple) menus, based on the products in Lightspeed. If you wish to add products/modifiers, you first need to add them in your Lightspeed POS, and afterwards sync with Deliverect.
What don't we sync?
If you go to modifiers > modifier group > modifier options, and you click on one of the options, you are able to fill in a description. This description is not synced in Deliverect and will not appear on the menu.
E.g. This 'choice of size' modifier group
If you click on "Medium", this screen will appear:
The 'Description' field will not be visible on the delivery platforms.
To be sure what will be visible and what not, you can always click the 'preview menu' button on the Deliverect platform.
