To (de)activate the notification sound for new online orders, you can follow these steps:
- When enabled, Lightspeed will play a sound until you accept the online order. To change this default setting, go to Devices > Restaurant App Settings > Click on the profile for > 'SOUND EFFECTS AND ALERTS'.
To change the ringtone and volume of the notification sound, you'll have to go into your iPad settings: head to iPad settings > Sounds > "Ringer and Alerts", and set it to maximum.
