Here's a quick guide on how to get your Delivery Manager App (DMA) logged in and ready to receive orders. First, download the DMA app on your tablet on Apple's App Store or Google Play. Our hardware requirements are listed in this article.
How to log in
When opening our app, you're welcomed with a login screen. To proceed, enter the credentials you use for the Deliverect portal (frontend.deliverect.com). Click on the Deliverect button to log in using a Facebook or Google account. Alternatively, you can log in with the Sign in with Apple button (iPad only).
If you need to first create a new user, please follow this guide.
To use the app, you will need the Group App role in Deliverect.
If you use a custom login service, select the toggle at the bottom for it to display amongst the other login methods.
If you don't have an account or have forgotten your credentials, let us know by sending an email to support@deliverect.com.
To resolve issues with logging in, please try clearing your browser cache or using incognito/private mode to sign in to your Google account, then try again. If your account is blocked after multiple consecutive failed login attempts, please wait several minutes and try again.
Selecting a location
After logging in, you will be asked to select a location. This is the location you will be receiving orders for, so make sure that you choose the correct one. If you want to receive an overview of all locations, log in to Deliverect via a web browser.
