Looking to add a new delivery channel to your Deliverect account? Great! Here are the current activation timeframes for the various delivery channels we support.
In order to activate an integration with a delivery channel, your menu in Deliverect must be created and ready. For more information about this, see Creating a Menu in Deliverect.
Once ready, please send the required information to onboarding@deliverect.com and our Customer Success Team will be happy to assist!
All estimates were correct and accurate at time of writing. All days are referenced according to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Global
Uber Eats (Postmates)
- Time to activate: One business day.
- Requirements: Customer-facing web URL for your Uber Eats store: UberEats: How to find your unique URL
DoorDash (Caviar)
- Time to Activate: DoorDash activates on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
- please note: there is no set time for activations but typically DoorDash activates stores between 2-5:00
- Requirements: Customer-facing web URL for your DoorDash store, and Store ID: How to find your DoorDash Store ID
- Important:
- Deliverect submits activations requests to DoorDash weekly on Mondays.
- Stores will be configured/updated on Tuesdays.
- Stores will be activated on Wednesdays.
- All menus must be created in Deliverect prior to Tuesdays.
Flipdish
- Time to Activate: Any day - Flipdish: Activate Your Integration
- Requirements: Customer-facing web URL
Shopify
- Time to Activate: One business day
- Requirements: Shopify Store Credentials - Shopify: How to Create a Custom App & get your Store Credentials
EMEA
Deliveroo
- Time to Activate: Any day: Deliveroo: Activate Your Integration
- Requirements: Customer-facing URL for your Deliveroo store, Deliveroo Admin ID (found in the Deliveroo portal).
Takeaway.com
- Time to Activate: 1-3 business days, depending on the responsiveness of Takeaway.
- Requirements: Takeaway/Thuisbezorgd account credentials.
Glovo
- Time to Activate: 1 business day.
- Requirements: Customer-facing URL for your Glovo store.
Foodora
- Time to Activate: 2-3 business days.
- Requirements: Customer-facing URL for your Foodora store, Remote ID, Requested Chain Code (if applicable).
Wolt
- Time to Activate: 2-5 business days.
- Requirements: Customer-facing URL for your Wolt store.
NOAM
Skip The Dishes
- Time to Activate: Skip The Dishes activates on Wednesdays.
- please note: there is no set time for activations but typically SkipTheDishes activates stores between 2-5:00
- Requirements: Customer-facing web URL for your Skip The Dishes store, or full address of the restaurant.
- Important:
- Deliverect submits activations requests to SkipTheDishes weekly on Mondays.
- Your menu must be created in Deliverect prior to Tuesdays.
- Alcohol Selling: Alcohol stack must be requested to your Skip The Dishes Account Manager and signed by you, before Deliverect can integrate your store.
Ritual
- Time to Activate: Ritual activates on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
- Requirements: Customer-facing web URL for your Ritual store.
- Important: Your menu must be created in Deliverect prior to Mondays.
Grubhub
- Time to Activate: Grubhub activates on Wednesdays.
- please note: there is no set time for activations but typically DoorDash activates stores around 4:30
- Requirements: Customer-facing web URL for your Grubhub store and Store ID: GrubHub: How to Find Your Store ID
- Important:
- Deliverect submits activations requests to GrubHub weekly on Mondays.
- Your menu must be created in Deliverect prior to Tuesdays. Please note, Grubhub only accepts one menu at a time.
- Alcohol Selling: Grubhub API does not yet support alcohol selling. Please ensure your menu has no alcoholic items visible for Grubhub.
LATAM
Rappi
- Time to Activate: Up to 3 business days.
- Requirements: Customer-facing web URL for your Rappi store.
- Important: Rappi has strict menu requirements, please ensure your menu follows all guidelines. For more information on this, see Rappi Menu Requisites.
DiDi Food
- Time to Activate: Up to 2 business days.
- Requirements: Store ID for your DiDi Food store.
