In this article, you will find all the information pertaining to the functionality of each delivery platform once you are activated on an integration.
Please note that we can only activate the integration with a delivery platform once your menu build in Deliverect is complete.
Uber Eats
- Activation Timeline: UberEats can be integrated within one business day
- What Deliverect needs to integrate: Uber Eats URL (customer facing link)
- Order Flows (two flows):
- Pressing confirm: Once an order is placed through Uber Eats, that order will go to the Uber Eats tablet where the restaurant will need to press confirm for the order to flow straight to the POS.
- Auto Accept: We can request that UberEats turns on Auto Accept where you can remove the tablets and orders will be automatically accepted and flow into the POS.
Menu functionality
- All future menu changes (Except setting up promos) will be done first through Deliverect, then pushed to UberEats. Please follow these instructions for the full step by step process:
- Uber Eats accepts all menu information that is in the Deliverect menu. This includes the image, name, price, and description.
- Store hours will now also be set in Deliverect under "Manage Availability" in the menus tab. Store availability must be set in Deliverect before the menu is pushed, if not, the store will appear as unavailable on UberEats.

DoorDash (Caviar)
- Activation Timeline: Doordash can be integrated once a week on Wednesdays (North America Time).
- How to integrate: We require the DoorDash URL (customer facing link) to the DoorDash Store
- Order Flow: Once an order is placed through Doordash, that order will go straight to the POS. The Integration is an auto accept (tabletless) integration.
- To pause the store, this can be done on the Deliverect Tablet through the "Busy Mode" function or in the locations page in the Deliverect Portal.
Menu functionality
- All future menu changes will be done first through Deliverect, then pushed to Doordash.
- Store hours will now also be set in Deliverect. In order to do so, it is done in the Menu section, under "Manage Availability". Store availability must be set in Deliverect before the menu is pushed, if not, the store will appear as unavailable on Doordash.
- When pushing the Deliverect menu to your Doordash platform, all the menu information on Doordash will publish
- NEW Images can take up to 7 business days to be approved/uploaded by DoorDash
Deliveroo
- Activation Timeline: Deliveroo activates restaurants every Tuesday* and Thursday* (UK TIME)
- Order Flow: Once an order is placed through Deliveroo, that order will first go to the Deliveroo tablet. It needs to be accepted on the Deliveroo tablet before it will appear in the POS. This means that the Deliveroo tablet needs to be open at all times in order for the integration to work.
- Please note that it is possible to set your Deliveroo tablet to auto-accept. This can be done by enabling auto-accept on the Deliveroo tablet every day. For further information and the steps on how to activate auto-accept on the Deliveroo tablet, please visit:
- To pause the store, you will need to turn off the Deliveroo tablet. Unfortunately, the store cannot be paused in Deliverect
Menu functionality
- All future menu changes will be done first through Deliverect, then pushed to Deliveroo.
- Availability is managed from the Deliveroo tablet. The set up availability on the Deliverect account is not supported by Deliveroo.
- In order for Deliveroo to be activated, the menu must include a Menu Description and Menu header Image URL. This can be set by going in the "Menus" section in deliverect. Once on the "Menus" page, click on your menu dropdown and then "Edit Info".
- Please note that only one menu can be pushed to a Deliveroo store at a time.
- Deliveroo accepts all menu information that is in the Deliverect menu. This includes the image, name, price, and description.
SkipTheDishes
- Activation: SkipTheDishes currently activates every Wednesday.
- Order Flow: The Skip tablet is REQUIRED during the integration. By default orders need to be accepted on the Skip tablet then they will flow directly to your POS. However they do offer an Auto Accept flow which needs to be requested to your Skip The Dishes Account Manager.
- Order Notes: Notes are to be seen on the Skip tablet, they will NOT pass through to the POS.

Grubhub
- Activation Timeline: Grubhub can be activated anytime Tuesday-Friday(North America Time), but must be requested before the end of day on Mondays.
- What Deliverect needs to integrate: Grubhub URL (customer facing link) or Grubhub ID. Note that Grubhub Direct, Team Ordering, and Catering are not supported for integration and must be disabled to continue with the Deliverect integration.
Ritual
- Activation Timeline: Ritual can be activated Tuesdays and Thursdays(North America Time).
- What Deliverect needs to integrate: Ritual URL (customer facing link)
Fantuan
- Activation Timeline: Fantuan can be activated Monday-Friday, but must be requested the week prior.
- What Deliverect needs to integrate: Fantuan URL (customer facing link)
Chownow
- Activation Timeline: Chownow can be activated at anytime via the Deliverect frontend.

Postmates
- Postmates currently activates once a week on Wednesdays*

Important note regarding all channels
- Currently in order to delay an order once it has already been accepted or to simply delay before accepting, this can be done on the tablets as you normally would - Note that when on Auto Accept this will NOT be possible.
- Note that we do not receive Driver updates through the integration. If you would like to have driver updates you will need to use your Delivery tablets.
How to snooze Items on your platforms
Once integrated, you will no longer need to snooze products from your platform tablets, you can snooze on all platforms from your Deliverect portal or Delivery Manager App.
