Lightspeed Restaurant L Series: Restart Your Lightspeed Liteserver

We do not recommend turning the LiteServer off unless you are directed to do so by a support agent.

Note: Do not hold down the square power button at any point as this could cause data corruption.

Follow the following points:

1. Press the square power button once.
2. Wait until the blue light turns off. This can take 10 to 15 seconds.
3. Once the light has turned off, wait five to ten seconds.
4. Press the square power button once.
5. The light on the front will flicker red while the Liteserver boots up.
6. Wait for the light to turn solid blue. This can take three to five minutes.

To check the status of your LiteServer:

1. In your Lightspeed Restaurant Manager, click Support.
2. The Liteserver Status is displayed at the bottom of the page.
