We do not recommend turning the LiteServer off unless you are directed to do so by a support agent.
Note: Do not hold down the square power button at any point as this could cause data corruption.
Follow the following points:
- Press the square power button once.
- Wait until the blue light turns off. This can take 10 to 15 seconds.
- Once the light has turned off, wait five to ten seconds.
- Press the square power button once.
- The light on the front will flicker red while the Liteserver boots up.
- Wait for the light to turn solid blue. This can take three to five minutes.
To check the status of your LiteServer:
- In your Lightspeed Restaurant Manager, click Support.
- The Liteserver Status is displayed at the bottom of the page.
