How it works
- The customer places an order on SkipTheDishes.
- The order is automatically accepted and sent to Deliverect and your POS (or Delivery Manager App).
Auto-accept needs to be enabled for your orders to be automatically sent to your POS. Please contact your SkipTheDishes account manager to activate.
How to set up
Step 1. Provide your SkipTheDishes URL to your Deliverect account manager.
Step 2. Create a menu in Deliverect.
Alcoholic products
The following disclaimer is necessary if you're selling alcohol on your menu.

Category description: Age Verification 18+: If the order contains alcohol items, the recipient of this order is required to present valid government ID to the courier at the time of delivery. This ID must match the name on the order. If the courier is unable to safely verify your ID, or if this condition or any other condition in the SkipTheDishes Terms of Service is not met, the order will not be delivered and will be subject to a $20 fee.

Product description: The following information is required to be added in the description of any item alcoholic item:
- ABV %
- Size of the item (e.g. ml, oz)
- Quantity of the item (if applicable)
- E.g. Corona Extra (12 Bottles), Bud Light Apple (12 Cans)
Step 3. Your menu must be completed prior to activation. If selling alcohol, an addendum will be sent to you by the SkipTheDishes team via Docusign. Please sign this as soon as possible as this will prevent any delays when activating the integration.
Step 4. Deliverect sends activation requests to SkipTheDishes by Thursday at 5:00 EST. Once the menu is approved, activation is complete by Wednesday of the following week.
