If you already have a menu on a channel, you may be able to import it into your Deliverect account. This allows you to retain the existing menu structure, product images, descriptions, and prices.
Once your menu has been imported, it is necessary to link your products to those in your POS. Follow the steps below to learn how.
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and select Menus in the sidebar.
Step 2. Select the imported menu.
Step 3. A message will show at the top of the page stating how many products need linking.
If you do not want to link products, select the Delete unmatched products link to remove them from your menu.
Step 4. Select the link icon for products with an Unlinked tag.
Step 5. Deliverect will suggest a product based on the name. Alternatively, you can use the categories and search bar to find a different product. Select the desired product ① and then the Link product button ②.
Step 6. Repeat this process until all products are linked. You can also select a product if you need to adjust its information, price, etc.
