In this article, find out how to configure your product categories and products in your PointOne POS. These steps need to be completed before you can sync products from PointOne to Deliverect.
Product/category settings
You need to ensure that a category is set to Display this Category on the Internet?.
Please make sure you have the latest version of PointOne.
Ensure a product is set to Sell this Item via Online Ordering / Smartphone Apps.
Auto Accept Setting
This is by default not activated. If you want to activate this, go to Orders ➜ System Management ➜ System Settings ➜ Printers/ Screens. Activate the Automatically Print Internet Orders option.
