Step 1. Login to your Aldelo POS.

Step 2. On the left-hand side under Products select Items Setup.

Step 3. Create a group called Notes and then select it.

Step 4. Select + ADD NEW ITEM for this group.

Step 5. Enter "Notes" for the Item Name ① and ensure that the Product Group is the Notes group you created in Step 3 ②.

Set Item Type as Regular ③ and Unit Price as "0.00" ④.
