Kobas: Push Products to Deliverect

The Kobas integration requires you to push products from your POS to your Deliverect.

Any time you make changes to products or modifiers in Kobas, you must push these to Deliverect.

To be able to push products, you will need to make sure your products are set up with PLU’ ‘available for Delivery’ and/or ‘available for Collection’.

If the box is not ticked for Delivery, any delivery order will be rejected by Kobas.

If the box is not ticked for Takeaway, any takeaway order will be rejected by Kobas.

When products, modifier groups, and modifiers are ready for syncing, follow these steps:

Step 1. In the sidebar, click on Menu and then Menu Administration.


Step 2. Scroll to Deliverect and click on Sync.


Step 3. Click on Upload.

Do note that different product groups and modifier groups need to be synced separately.

Once you have completed the above, you can add any new products to your Deliverect menu. You must then publish your menus to your delivery platforms for the changes to display.
