When offering customers the same modifier for multiple products, you may want them to have different prices, taxes, or even names. With the Customizations feature, these changes are easy to make! Learn how by reading this article.

Step 1. Navigate to your Products page.

Step 2. Click on the ⋮ button for the product and choose Edit .

Step 3. Click on the ⋮ icon for the modifier that you want to customize . Choose the Customise option .

Step 4. Make adjustments to the modifier. Once ready, click on the Save button.

Revert changes

Re-open the customize window and click on the blue arrow for the changed field.

Step 1. Navigate to your Products/Inventory page and find the modifier group that contains the modifier that you want to change.

Step 2. Click on the Edit button for the modifier group.

Step 3. Click on the ••• icon for the modifier that you want to customize.

Step 4. Choose Customizations.

Step 5. Here you can make your adjustments. A separate row displays each modifier group the modifier exists in. In the example below, I have changed the price of Ketchup to be €1.50 for the Fries sauce modifier group. Click on the Save Edits button when ready.

When bringing up the Customizations screen again, you will notice arrows to revert any changes made.
