Kounta: Criteria for Marking Orders as Complete

By default, Deliverect sets the status of an order in Kounta to complete when paid. However, if you prefer that orders be marked as complete only when delivered, disable the Complete When Paid option. The POS operator will then manually need to mark the order as complete once delivered.

To access this setting, you may need to reach out to your Deliverect account manager or Kounta representative.
