If you are experiencing issues while using the Delivery Manager App, you are able to send us a report from your device. The report will help us to diagnose and resolve the problem. To do this, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Open your app and tap on the More icon at the bottom right.
Step 2. Tap on Settings.
Step 3. In the General tab, tap on Send reports.
Step 3. Reach out to our support team to explain your issue and mention that you have sent a diagnostic report.
