Before being able to request dispatch partners to deliver your orders, your channels have to be enabled for this feature.
Step 1. Go to your Locations page.
Step 2. Expand the location with the channels you want to have dispatch enabled.
Step 3. Click on the Edit button for the channel.
Step 4. Scroll down to the Dispatch settings section and enable the Use dispatch option. If this is an Online Ordering channel, enable the Use integrated dispatch flow (only for OO) toggle.
Step 5. Click on the Save button. These steps can be repeated for additional channels/locations.
