Discover how customers scored their orders directly inside your Deliverect account. With a single click, view the order that received the rating.
This feature is in beta and only available for selected channels (Flipdish, Foodora, Grubhub, Just Eat, Takeaway.com, Talabat, and Uber Eats). It will be made available for additional channels in the future.
This article is updated for the new Deliverect interface. To find this page on the previous version, go to Dashboard in the sidebar and click on the Reviews tab. All accounts will be switched to the new interface soon.
To access, click on the Analytics option in the sidebar and then Reviews.
Utilize the filters at the top of the page to limit the reviews shown to you based on location(s), channel(s), or timeframe. If no filters are active, reviews from all locations and channels will be displayed.
All of the reviews that meet the criteria of your filter(s) are presented in this table and provide the following info:
- Rating: Scored out of 5.
- Received: When the review was submitted.
- Location: The location that received the review.
Clicking on the View Order button will take you to the specific order on the Orders page.

• View items sold on your channels.
