The management of receipts and printing must be done on Epos Now. Please follow this guide to find out how to adjust your printing and receipt setting on your POS. Alternatively, please reach out to Epos Now support.
Steps to take when the auto-print isn't working
- Make sure the printer's offline order settings are set on the correct printer.
- Check that Categories (Manage ➜ Categories ➜ Order Printer ➜ Display) in Epos Now Backoffice are marked with the correct printer.
- For any change, stop and restart the Online Order Utility.
