By default, your Deliveroo orders will automatically be assigned a preparation time calculated by Deliveroo's algorithm depending on your past order volume.
To update your order preparation time additionally please reach out to the support team at Deliveroo and let them know what average preparation time you'd like set.
Please note that this will work for POS and DMA integrations.
