If you need to cancel one or multiple subscriptions, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and click on Settings in the sidebar followed by Subscriptions

Step 2. At the bottom of the page, click on I have a question about my subscriptions.
Step 3. If you still wish to proceed after reading the text, click on the Request cancellation button.
Step 4. Using the dropdown, select the subscriptions you want to cancel. Click on the Continue button once ready.
Step 5. A final confirmation message displays the subscriptions to be canceled. Click on Confirm to complete the process. A Deliverect customer success agent will be in touch with you shortly.
