Once an order has been assigned a courier, updates are shown to give you the latest information.
Not all channels send courier updates. For those channels, only the pickup time is provided.
An order can receive the following updates during the delivery process:
- En route to pickup
- Almost at pickup
- Arrived at pickup
- En route to dropoff
- Almost at dropoff
- Arrived at dropoff
- Order delivered
For the app to provide all courier updates, reach out to your Deliverect account manager or our support team. Once enabled, ensure that the app is updated to the latest version. Do note that the channels you use may not utilize all of the above types.
By default, you are notified of a change of five minutes or more to the order pickup time. The threshold can be changed in the Notifications section of the Settings page.
Print courier updates
Enable the Print rider updates toggle in the Receipt printing section of the settings page.
