The Holidays feature is currently in beta and does not function for all delivery channels. For that reason, we highly recommend setting holidays through the management platform of your delivery channels, should they offer this feature, to ensure that they are correctly applied.
If your delivery channel does not offer a vacation/holiday mode feature, you can use our Opening Hours feature to amend future opening dates and times within the same week or the Busy Mode feature to only close your business for the current day.
We are aiming to release an update for the Holidays feature in 2023 to address any incompatibilities.
